This Saturday I'm so grateful for all the hundreds of apples in our garden. There are so many, I'm struggling to preserve them quickly enough. They will provide desserts for baby Bella and fillings for apple crumbles and pies. And also a topping for those homemade yoghurts I've started to make too.Lovely!

Delish! I would absolutely love my own apple tree, but around here I have to fight the possums, kookaburras, cockatoos, bandicoots and wombats for any food I grow. The possums, cockatoos and kookaburras would make a meal out of an apple tree.
