Children playing (nicely most of the time), baking Nigella's Lily scones with Sam and receiving lovely fabric from Bookou, which I am deciding what to do with....

  1. I would have to make a big square something - could not bear to cut it in case I went wrong! Fantastic fabric X

  3. Cute shoes! I would frame it. Or make a big cushion cover with some kind of bright fabric on the backside. What are Lily scones? Are they better than regular scones?

  7. i want to move right in with you. everything is so lovely.

i like to photocopy favorite fabric, then it can be used twice. (you can cover books with it or wrap gifts, so many ideas).

i might sew a bag with this piece (at least for the front panel). have fun sweetie.

  8. Oooh the scones look divine and I am very jealous of the fabric. I think I would just frame it as it is!

  14. Andrea, when I see this fabric, the first thing that comes to mind (depending on how expensive it was!!) is letting the kids color the birds with fabric paint, and then making a wall hanging.

Love these photos of the baking!
