Yesterday, waiting in our postbox was a parcel all the way from Australia. I couldn't wait to run in and give it to Bella to open. Of course it was the quirky donkey toy I won from Claire at One Claire Day. She immediately took her new doudou outside to show him her veggie patch and he joined her in her cot at naptime. In fact, he goes everywhere with her - even to the beach yesterday! Thank you Claire!
Bella slept apart from me for the first time 2 nights ago. She now shares Sam's room and it seems to be going well (though we're still working on sleeping through the night). I think I may need to change the decor soon for a more unisex one.

I have a 19 month old son and i don't know when he will be moving into his own room but I sort of can't wait since he's turned into a right monkey waking up at 5am wanting to play.

ReplyDeleteps: I thought there was only one Beaulieu in France: Beaulieu sur mer in the 06. That's where I grew up, but clearly that's nowhere near where you live! Glad to see I still have much to learn with French geography :)
