Getting into the Christmas spirit







We've been getting into the Christmas spirit here - on a very tight budget. But, I love making things anyway, just trying to get the priorities right. The advent calendar felt houses were ready for Sam getting back from school on the 1st...phew. Now, it's the tree decorations and Christmas cards.

    Great decorations - i love them. There's nothing like a paperchain making session! And they always always look brilliant.

    I love your handmade decorations, they are so beautiful and so much more special than the bought ones. How did you go with the Christmas cards? I still have to make mine, a must this week I think:) xx

    I have to do a paper chain too.. :) I'm currently looking for felted balls like yours, did you make them or ordered somewhere?
    Everything is so cute and cosy in your pictures.. :)

    oh my! I adore your advent calendar. And did you make those felt balls? I love them!!! I have some cheapie pom-poms strung into a garland, but I long for the beauty of felt balls instead.

    I fondly remember making paper chains with my two when they were younger. Always seeing who's would be the longest!
