These were from last week. I'm spending most of my time running after Bella in the garden. She's a disaster area at the moment. Falling over nearly every moment possible. But happy nonetheless with her hair in wonky pigtails. Sam just shakes his head and continues filling plastic bottles with marbles and charging about with his wooden sword grandad made.
(We made chocolate mousse again, but I heard Sam on the phone to Scott whispering "it's a little bit horrible" )
Looks quite chaotic! Great photos though, they really capture the mood.
ReplyDeleteI think the chocolate mousse looks great. Wish I had it right here, right now! I love the shot of the bowl of marbles Andrea, that's so beautiful. x
ReplyDeletei laughed out loud at sam's whisper! those pigtails are pretty adorable, wonky or not. i understand how it feels to chase someone around all day. fun times, though. xo
ReplyDeleteI remember the chasing. I found when they tripped a lot there was a growth spurt that occurred as well. Have fun chasing!
ReplyDeletenothing like a good morning giggle. lovely post andrea. xo
ReplyDeleteReally nice photos. I love the chair in the first shot. We love wonky pigtails in this house...I am always slightly suspicious of the Mums and daughters with perfect french plaits in the playground. Honestly, who has that much time in the morning?? x

ReplyDeletei love that... it's a little bit horrible. such a sweet putdown. just a little bit. : ) wonky pigtails and swordplay makes a girl and boy happy. chocolate mousse but be for the mama! it sure would make me happy!
ReplyDeleteYour children have the most gorgeous hair. Gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteChocolate mousse horrible? I can't quite believe it! : )
Sam's comment about the chocolate mousse made me laugh :-)
ReplyDeleteLittle girls and their pigtails - you can't beat it.
ReplyDeleteMine fell over and split her lip last - a combination of wellies and hill and gravity taking over - it did mean ice lollies for a good couple of days though. It kind of made up for the fat lip....hey ho.
I can't wait until my daughter's hair is long enough for pigtails!
