Two weeks of school holidays. I love having Sam at home. He goes to a lovely village school and there are only 8 children in his class so he gets loads of attention (we saw his teacher "Fafa" in the village yesterday - he ran straight to her and gave her a big kiss and cuddle), but it doesn't help the uneasiness of sending him. So...2 weeks at home would be fun. Nope! he's been ill and even a trip to emergency with suspected meningitis - a temp of 40 within minutes and a horrible rash. He was fine of course, but the stress and worrying rubs off on him. He picks up on my tension and with tiredness and being ill = naughty! I suppose being powered by sugary pink medicine doesn't help either :)
Anyways, on a cheery note, these are the good bits from our school holiday! and hopefully a calm weekend.

ReplyDeleteSo sorry that Sam has been ill. Emergency trips are never fun. My son was accident prone and we frequented there. Love the tent with the fairy lights :) I hope you get your rest this weekend.
