Shell mobile

In La Rochelle, Sam collected oyster shells and ever since they've been sitting in his backpack patiently waiting for a suitable craft project. With a splash of paint from Bella, Scott's drill and fishing wire, we made a mobile. Miraculously, it is still holding together hanging from the beam in their bedroom.

  3. The kids like to collect shells and pebbles to paint...and draw on, but I've never thought of making them into a mobile before - I wonder if a garland of some sort would work.

I hope it holds in place.
