I thought this time around I would document my pregnancy a little. These moments pass too quickly to be missed. I'm nearly 17 weeks and I feel huge! I put this down to lack of existing stomach muscles. Now the sickness has passed I feel I want to eat healthier again. I am not great at eating my 5 a day so I've started making smoothies. Apple, banana, kiwi and soya milk are my favourite so far. I've also started walking a little and doing prenatal yoga most days. I'm a little apprehensive about walking and moving too much after being instructed to rest when pregnant with Bella, but there's no evidence of any problems this time. And I think I've started feeling movements. Little flutters and teeny kicks :)

Wonderful news that you feel better this time around. I'll be checking back to see what you post along your journey because I plan to start trying soon (big decision for us!) and blog posts seem so much more appealing/friendly/real than solely relying on textbooks and horror stories from 'the ol' days'. Thank you for a beautiful post!
