Japanese pattern dress

I received Happy Homemade Vol 2 recently and this pattern was one of the first in the book. Unfortunately for me it's in Japanese, but by following the diagrams I came up with this dress. I've no idea if it's correct, but it fits and looks nice.

As soon as Bella put it on (had I not have stopped her) she was disappearing out of the door with her wellies and wet hair to jump in puddles - because there are a lot of those at the moment!

  4. Oh that is the sweetest! I have that book and 5 others and I've bookmarked so many sewing projects but haven't gotten around to them. You've inspired me to cut out a pattern today!

  5. Absolute perfection! Floral is just so perfect on little girls (and grown girls too). I have this book and for some reason haven't made anything yet from it, but the patterns are just lovely, with that easy simple style unique to the Japanese sewing books. Must dust it off again!
