We've several rose bushes in our garden and making rose water brings back happy memories from when I used to do exactly the same with my nan. The only difference being that this time they wanted the water to be pink using food colour. I'd like to make 'real' home made rosewater soon, but this time it was playing and successfully keeping the children amused for an hour.
Aw so lovely. This looks so much prettier than the brown perfume mine have been making lately! I might have to borrow this idea, Elizabeth would love to make pink rosewater. Good luck waiting for little buckle's arrival Andrea, hope it all goes well. xx
