I spent all day with my husband today. A rare treat and with both children at school. Our actual reason for this was to apply for and complete long overdue French paperwork - so we took this as an excuse for morning coffee (then waiting in queues) and lunch in peace! I love lunch time menus in France. They are such good value. I also like the fact that usually there isn't much choice. You must go with what ingredients they use on the day - in a good restaurant/bar anyway.
