Family time

We had a visit from Scott's sister and husband last week. We haven't seem them for over 12 months but Sam hadn't forgotten them and Bella was soon their little shadow. Though, we have no idea why she was calling Uncle Rob, Max....

The top photo Rob is leading the gang stalking lizards with the water gun. This turned into a daily activity. Now, they have gone and Bella doesn't understand, but we have Scott's mum for another week :)

Living in the region of a 1000 lakes (and on the border of another region with a 1000 lakes) we are spoilt for choice. Most are safe to swim in and I'm trying to over come my fear of being in there. I'm scared of not knowing what is under my feet! Sam is loving playing with his friends and Bella for the first time has been playing (quite nicely) too. We were down at the local lake yesterday afternoon with our friends and stayed to eat at the "Snack du Lac". It was a fun day :)

Fun at the lake

We had fun at the lake today for little Jude's 3rd birthday (he goes to the same school as Sam). Before we knew it, it was 7pm and time to go. It was a lovely day - in and out of the lake and then in the shade to cool down.
